Peanut Butter Smoothie Ingredients:
4x bananas (previously peeled, quartered and frozen)
2x tablespoons peanut butter
1x cup water or coconut water
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Peanut Butter Smoothie Method:
Put the bananas, peanut butter and water or coconut water into a blender and using a stick attachment (if you have one) push the ingredients down onto the blades as you blend. This will help it to blend easier.
If you don’t have a stick attachment then just pulse your blender until all the bananas have been blended in.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with some cinnamon.
